How much is shipping?
Our minimum order for Free Delivery is only £100 for Trade customers and £50 for Retail customers.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
That depends on when and how it was placed. Please (Link to the contact us form) and we will be happy to see if we can help.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If we have not sent you a dispatched email (Please check Junk mail), then yes you can cancel. Unfortunately, if we have already sent your order we cannot cancel.
